We are really pleased to announce that we have taken delivery of our new Giant Liv Langma Ladies Road Bikes.  As they are designed specifically for woman we decided we needed to get an experience world class cyclist to test them for us.

Gillian Vanessa Annesley is a well-known cyclist riding locally with  Vélo Club Lezignan  and competing in several UCI Grand Fondo World Championships. She combines her love of cycling and cooking by offering cycling h0lidays in her stunning Gite – Cycle d’Oc   (cycle-d-oc-fr.com/). Offering a series of guided and non-guided rides she shares with you her training rides and introduces you to the quiet backroads of this Tour de France area.

Vince and Sandra owners of Mellow Vélos asked me to test-ride one of their new Liv Ladies road bikes that they have recently ordered in for the new season 2019. I’m a very keen road cyclist and compete frequently and so was thrilled to have the opportunity to road -test a new lady’s bike.

I am pleased to say I was very impressed with it. A lovely, light and responsive ride, the frame being in high quality aluminium, fitted with the great Shimano 105 group-set . What I liked the most was the gear ratios of 34/50 on the front and a 11/34 11-speed cassette at the back, which allows cyclists ,with a big range of cycling abilities, to tackle the varied local terrain, without too much blood, sweat and tears. Mellow Vélos maintains their precious rental bikes extremely well and they supply each bike with puncture kit, pump, water bottle and bike computer and the pedals of your choice. Fantastic deal!
